HMH Kuku Ltd is the parent company of the Yo Kuku! and Yo Kuku! Feeds brands, established in Uganda in 2011 and commissioned by H.E President Museveni in 2013. In June 2024 Africa Poultry Development (APD) Limited acquired full ownership of HMH Kuku Ltd integrating it into its wider family of poultry businesses in the region.

Yo Kuku! is Uganda’s tastiest and most affordable brand of fresh and frozen chicken available Kuku Shops in Kampala, Entebbe, Mukono, Jinja, Mbale, Masaka, Mbarara, Kabale, Hoima and Gulu.

The integrated business consisting of a feed mill, broiler farms and processing facility is nestled on 64acres in a remote area of Semuto, about 50kms outside of Kampala.
